This policy explains what Crew Grade Equipment Co LLC collects when you use crewgradeequipment.com, what we do with it and how long we keep it. We are a Wisconsin LLC based in Madison, Wisconsin.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus what is needed to run the site.
- The application form. Step 1 asks for your brand or company, your name and your work email. Step 2 asks for your website, your product categories and how you sell on Amazon today, plus an optional phone number and optional notes.
- The assistant. The messages you type are sent so the assistant can answer. We do not keep the text of chat messages. Please do not type anything sensitive.
- A usage beacon. When you click Apply as a brand, submit a form step or send a chat message, the site records the name of that action, the page and the time. It does not record what you typed.
- Abuse protection. To limit spam we use a one-way hash of your IP address, which changes every day, to count recent applications and chat messages. We store that hash and the user-agent string of your browser with each application. We cannot use the hash to recognize you over time.
How we use it
- To read your application, decide whether your line is a fit and reply to you.
- To answer your questions through the assistant.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To see which parts of the site are used.
Each application sends us a private notification with the brand, name, email and step, delivered through Telegram, so a person sees it quickly. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not run cross-site tracking on this site.
Who processes it
We use Cloudflare to host this site, to store application records and usage events, and to run the assistant on Cloudflare Workers AI. The messages you type to the assistant are processed by Cloudflare to generate answers. Telegram delivers our notifications. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep application records and usage events for 24 months, then delete them.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent us. Use the application form and say what you need. Applications reach a person.
