What this site is
This site gives information to brands that may want to authorize Crew Grade to sell their products on Amazon, and it takes applications from those brands. We do not sell products on this site. There is no store and no checkout. Any product we sell is sold on Amazon, under the terms Amazon sets.
Applying is not an agreement
Applying, chatting with the assistant or receiving a fit check does not create a contract, an authorization or a duty for either side. A relationship starts only when a brand and Crew Grade both sign an authorization letter and MAP terms. There is no fee to apply.
The assistant
The assistant is an AI tool and it can be wrong. It gives general information about how Crew Grade works. Nothing it says is an offer, a quote or a promise about price, terms or timing. Those are set only in signed documents.
What you send us
Send accurate information, and only about brands you are allowed to represent. Do not send anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share. The privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
Using the site
Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, and do not submit forms or chat messages in bulk or by automated means. We may block access to protect the site.
